Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility Requirements

• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Item must be in its original packaging
• All accessories and included items must be returned
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
• Items damaged due to improper care or handling
• Final-sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@forumimports.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrectly shipped. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return damaged items unless we request it.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid label for the incorrect one.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following the standard return process.
